The firm is seeking a seasoned litigator to join its expanding insurance defense team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new office with significant growth potential. Role Overview As a Non-Equity Partner in the Insurance Defense Litigation team, you will handle a diverse docket, including: Trucking accidents General liability You will represent a range of clients, including hotels, apartment complexes, Airbnb, and top commercial builders. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in Texas. Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation. Proven track record in handling trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
