The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship to enhance the brand's reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients, to provide updates and address any issues.Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and costs.Ensure that all work meets the high standards expected in high-end retail environments, including luxury brands.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the retail or construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.Experience managing high-end retail projects is preferred.Ability to travel frequently to various project sites as required.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
