Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Representative

Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Representative to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Engagement Representative with a strong background in commercial lighting, HVAC, and building mechanical systems to join our dynamic team. As a Market Engagement Representative you will help recruit, onboard, train and maintain relationships with qualified service providers including installation contractors and engineering/controls vendors. You will participate in program events and support other program marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses the right mix of leadership, sales skills, technical ability, program expertise, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this position. In this role, you will provide support for an existing outreach team supporting energy efficiency programs for commercial customers to promote the program, engage qualified service providers, drive participation, and maximize energy savings to achieve program goals. In addition to providing guidance and support to the outreach team, this role will look for opportunities to balance workload and identify underrepresented areas or customer segments. Duties and Responsibilities * Supports outreach plans to achieve program results and objectives. * Provides education and technical assistance to lighting, HVAC, mechanical, controls, and engineering vendors to encourage participation in utility sponsored energy efficiency incentive programs. * Communicates key objectives, strategies, and priorities to a variety of stakeholders and contributors (program management, software, outreach, data analysis, customer service, and partner teams). * Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships and relationships with local organizations, associations, subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders that serve our key client populations. * Provides excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers, vendors, delivery team members, and industry partners.
