Position Overview We are actively hiring Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services. Candidates are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents, including medication management and psychotherapy. Qualifications Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process, Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of completing residency, and unencumbered DEA. Experienced in medication management as well as therapy for child and adolescent populations. Compensation and Benefits Fee-for-service productivity model – W2. Generous sign‑on bonus. Flexible work schedules; full‑time and part‑time available. 100% outpatient work; no on‑call requirements.
