You'll have the autonomy to lead, the support of an experienced hospital team and NVA, a 4-day workweek, and even the option for joint ownership if that's part of your long-term goals.

Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with the Hospital Manager while having the freedom to put your own leadership style into action. You'll:

• Be the clinical leader and mentor your team can count on
• Help shape the medical direction and culture of the hospital
• Partner with your Hospital Manager to keep the practice running smoothly
• Bring new ideas to the table and help drive future growth
• Support exceptional medicine and an outstanding client experience
• Help build and develop a veterinary team you're proud to lead
• Ensure veterinary regulations and licensing requirements are met

The Good Stuff

• $135,000–$155,000 base salary + production bonuses
• $30,000 signing bonus
• $45,000 Long-Term Commitment Bonus, paid as three $15,000 milestone bonuses
• Optional joint ownership opportunity
