Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in the emergency room
• Assess patient conditions and recommend treatment
• Perform triage, administer medications, and operate medical equipment
• Document patient care services accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an ER setting is required
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is a must
• ADN required; BSN preferred but not mandatory unless specified
• Active RN license in the state or a compact license that complies with NLC guidelines
• Previous large hospital experience is preferred
• EPIC experience is preferred
