Responsibilities Assisting in recruiting for vacant positions Conducting general employee orientations Assisting in maintaining all personnel records and files Assist in conducting employee benefits and retirement program enrollment meetings Responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence Employment verification and assist in organizing all employee activities and in-services. What We’re Looking For Education/Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting, or any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital business office.
