Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed sales targets.
Prospect and build a qualified pipeline of B2B technology companies.
Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover client challenges.
Articulate the long-term value of retainer-based engagements.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to executives.
Navigate complex sales cycles from outreach to close.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Track all sales activity in HubSpot (experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is a plus).

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in a marketing agency or related professional services firm.
Demonstrated success selling

retainer-based contracts

.
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, social, and demand generation.
Energetic, engaging presence

— able to build rapport quickly.
Creative problem-solver

who adapts when faced with obstacles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
