HQ Depot provides Target facilities with non-retail hardware fulfillment and hardware depot services related to Target Tech devices across multiple technology platforms (e.g. Point of Sale, Mobility, Cameras). The HQ Depot is an on-site service located at Target North Campus in Brooklyn Park, MN, responsible for the support of Target Tech hardware located in Target Stores, Distribution Centers, and Headquarter locations.

This position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within Target facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. The position also manages detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing.

This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with Target store contacts to understand impact to the end user, so the ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.

This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent:

• 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
• 25% inventory tracking and reconciliation
• 15% configuration/application of firmware

1. Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reporting
2. Experience working with inventory systems and the detailed data required to accurately leverage those systems
3. Excellent communication both written and verbal as well as relationship building skills
4. Positive attitude and ability/comfort working in ambiguity with little oversight. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
5. Interest in learning more about new and evolving technologies
6. Ability to lift/move pallets and packages of 25 lbs.
