Job Details: Ratios: 20-25 Visits/Day Shift: 40 hours can be offered Will accept 13 weeks. 8 hour days; 08:00 - 17:00, Monday-Friday RTO: 7 days max for AYA auto offer Call Requirement: None Float Requirement: Yes, will float to the Cancer Institute Elizabeth 1 day a week, about 15.4 miles/20 minutes away (4 days at the Cancer Institute Huntersville location) Weekend Requirement: None Patient Diagnoses: Adult only surgical oncology Special Procedures / Unit Details: Surgical oncology position will be in office procedures such as port removals, breast biopsy, wide local excision, etc. The nurse will have team members to train them in these procedures. All nurses triage patient calls, speak with patients in clinic, call results to patients, phone calls, patient education, etc. There are not any infusions on this floor. Special Equipment: Trophon Ultrasound Unit Systems: EPIC Scheduling Type: Per Clinic Needs Unit Orientation: Varies, we do a couple week onboarding process this may depend on how quickly the individual gets up to speed.
