Team Manager

Team Manager – Lead with purpose. Foster a supportive environment and drive success at Panera. Responsibilities Ensure every guest enjoys high-quality food, service, and staff interactions. Build engaging relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Lead, coach, and inspire team members to achieve sales, speed, accuracy, and guest‑experience goals. Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members. Train the team in food‑safety standards and uphold these standards consistently. Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and develop associates in a fast‑paced environment. ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification). Flexible to work nights and weekends; able to accommodate shifting priorities. Physical & Communication Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 lbs. Stand and walk up to 6 hours per shift. Communicate clearly and understand guests’ and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
