Senior Interior Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead the development and execution of multiple FFE packages simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Create detailed furniture specifications and collaborate with the design team on renderings and layouts. Select and specify furnishings, finishes, and custom furniture to meet client needs and project requirements. Present design concepts and progress to clients, incorporating feedback to refine project outcomes. Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing expertise and promoting professional development. Ensure the successful delivery of long-duration projects, maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with overall project goals. Senior Interior Designer Job Requirements Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience, with 15 years preferred, in interior design and FFE. Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly in hospitality or similar industries. Experience specifying custom furniture and creating detailed furniture specifications. Proficiency in design software and tools for FFE package development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
