Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Handle customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Reliable and punctual attendance.
