Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and keep a safe and clean store environment. Responsibilities Work with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team. Set performance standards and tone of service. Manage opening and closing procedures. Coach and provide feedback to team members. Maintain quality standards and store cleanliness.
