A legacy that will make your life better as well.As a Hospice RN Field Nurse, you will plan, organize, and direct home care services with an emphasis on community health education and experience. You will build from resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of patients and families within their homes and communities.Some of your primary responsibilities will include:Completing an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
