Compensation 10K Sign on Bonus for Eligible Candidates Relocation for Eligible Candidates Additional OR Specialty Pay Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments.
