Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring an RN in New Albany, IN — $36–$39/hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time team members. Full-time and part-time available.

Pay: $36–$39/hour + additional incentives for nights and designated shifts. $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time team members. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Location: New Albany, IN (In person) Schedule: Flexible scheduling — Staff Nurse (weekday-focused, varying options) or Weekend Warrior Program (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour shifts)

About the Role:  Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver high-quality care in our Skilled Nursing community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana or a multi-state license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care
