Senior Marketing Coordinator

Innovative Real Estate Company seeking an outgoing and dependable individual to join their team. Due to recent growth, they are in need of an additional Marketing Coordinator to assist their team of over 125 agents. The office is a rapidly growing, tech-savvy, and innovative real estate brokerage located on the north side of Chicago. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who's friendly, adaptable, detail-oriented, ambitious, professional, and able to multitask. Customer service experience is required, and professional real estate experience is highly desired. The position will include a wide variety of responsibilities including: Primary goal of this role is to generate brand awareness and new business for the company Point of contact for marketing department via phone, email, and in person Manage and grow the firm's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Marketing support for real estate agents in the form of creating brochures, property flyers, signage, social media ads, and more Responsible for managing contact list and executing email campaigns Maintain company website so it is always up to date; continuously optimize for SEO The qualified candidate will exhibit the following capabilities and attributes: 2+ years experience in marketing Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, G-Suite, & Facebook Ad Clinic Graphic design is required Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with frequent interruptions Positive attitude, motivation and determination to succeed in a marketing role in this industry Photography & videography abilities a plus Real estate experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Marketing: 2 years (Required) Google Ad Manager: 1 year (Required) Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Chicago, IL 60642: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person (hybrid available with tenure) Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
