Key Relationships:

Internal: Management team & team members and everyone involved in the operation.

External: New team members, members, vendors, support businesses, hospitality associations, and everyone involved in the operation.

Duties:

• Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and lounges as well as guest rooms

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sweep and mop floors.

• Dust and polish furniture, clean metal fixtures, wipe down glass surfaces

• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and doors,

• Make up beds and change linen as required

• Vacuum, clean carpets, rugs, and draperies

• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break room, Locker rooms, guest rooms and common areas.

• Proper labeling, dilutions, and use of all chemicals.

• Wearing proper personal protective equipment at all times.

• Empty all trash cans and recycle

• Sort, wash load and unload laundry.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

• Check bathrooms and suites during special events and weddings as special assignment

• Check all vacant rooms daily to keep fresh.

• Clean all air vents.

• Duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead and/or management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to work effectively with a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skill.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Ability to work independently as needed to the group effort.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn.

• Reports to work each day on time and prepared to work and be available to work extra hours if needed.

• Minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education.

• The employee is required to be flexible in work hours, weekends, holiday, and evening are included.
