No weekends are required, but weekend visits are allowed if the clinician chooses. The weekly productivity expectation is 7 visits per day or 35 visits per week. The geographic location for patient visits will cover various areas within the city. Patient diagnoses include all types common in home health, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, orthopedic conditions, and neurological conditions. A strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques is essential for this role. Experience with identifying environmental barriers and implementing home exercise programs is required. Knowledge about assistive devices, gait training, and safety procedures is a plus. Clinicians will use an electronic medical record system for documentation, and training will be provided if needed. Traveling may be required to accommodate patient care needs. Candidates must be comfortable with floating based on clinic needs and skill sets. The position provides necessary supplies for therapy interventions. Strong communication skills for patient and family education are vital.
