Imagine working in a vibrant, scratch kitchen where freshness is our daily mantra. We promise you a menu bursting with distinctive and inspired recipes, all served in an inviting atmosphere. Based in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, VIVA Chicken has spread its wings to 15 locations across the Carolinas. We're on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team! At Viva Chicken, we're all about serving the Hottest Freshest Chicken driven by Passion for Real Food, an Obsession for Personalized Hospitality, and a genuine commitment to People. Our Managers kickstart their journey with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 and potential to earn total compensation of a mouthwatering $60,000 to $70,000 per year! But that's not all - we've got some fantastic perks lined up for you: Generous Benefits: We've got you covered. Performance Based Bonus paid every 28-days. 15 days (120 hours) of annual Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program: 24/7 confidential support for life's challenges.
