Data Analytics Lead rockITdata is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to join our team. The Lead will need to have specific experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health. Key Responsibilities Provides analytical leadership and performance measurement support for the program. The SME Ensures contract compliance through data-informed reporting and tend analysis related to service member engagement, coaching outcomes, and referral follow-through. Monitor and report on required performance metrics including. Develop and maintain dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze trends in outreach, coaching, and referral follow-through to inform continuous improvement. Collaborate with clinical, call center, and outreach teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting. Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports to DHA. Respond to ad hoc government data requests and contribute to briefings with COR and leaderships. Recommend data collection improvements and quality initiatives. Required Skills Must have a master’s degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health data roles. Experience supporting federal contracts or military health programs. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting data to non-technical audiences. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
