Position Overnight General Cleaner (Full‑Time) – 3rd Shift, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Weekends Required Pay: $16.50 per Hour (Weekly Pay) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Opportunities for Growth and Promotion Weekly Pay Responsibilities Deep clean airport terminals, gates, and public areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the airport. Sweep, mop, auto‑scrub, burnish, and perform floor care as assigned. Clean glass, stainless steel, elevators, escalators, and other high‑touch surfaces. Empty trash and recycling containers. Restock restroom supplies. Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment. Follow OSHA, airport safety, and chemical handling procedures. Inspect assigned areas to ensure quality standards are met. Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Detail‑oriented and takes pride in work. Comfortable working overnight shifts. Can work independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of performing required work throughout the shift. Available to work weekends. Able to communicate in English or Spanish. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for approximately 94 % of the shift. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch. Lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds. Safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Airport Requirements Be at least 18 years old. Pass a fingerprint‑based background check (10‑year history required). Obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge. Meet all airport security and compliance requirements.
