Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats-balancing clerical duties with hands-on warehouse tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, managing shipping/receiving documentation, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving: Assist with the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork and packages are accurate.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts. You must be comfortable working with numbers to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory records.
Order Fulfillment: Handle the picking and packing of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Clerical Support: Maintain organized records and data entry using computer systems, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
General Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Job Requirements

Experience: Previous background as a Warehouse Clerk or in a similar administrative warehouse role.
Technical Skills: Computer-savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
Mathematical Proficiency: Strong numerical skills for accurate inventory tracking.
Reliability: A strong work ethic with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Versatility: Ability to transition smoothly between administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse duties (picking/packing).

Additional Information

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time / Temp-to Hire

PAY RATE: $18.00

The pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $85.00

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
