What You'll D oRecruit legal professionals for permanent positions across Am Law firms .Source, screen, and manage candidates for :Attorneys (Associates, Counsel & Partners )Legal Operations Professional sPractice Managemen tBusiness Developmen tHR & Talen tMarketing & Communication sFinance & Accountin gIT & Technolog yParalegals and Legal Support Professional sConduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications .Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality legal talent .Partner closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional client service .Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies to identify top talent .Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance . What We're Looking F or2+ years of recruiting experience (legal recruiting preferred ).Experience recruiting for law firms, legal departments, or professional services is highly desirabl e.Strong sourcing and relationship-building skill s.Excellent communication and organizational abilitie s.Ability to manage multiple searches in a deadline-driven environmen t.Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitin g.
