Bench Worker/Grinder | $20-23per hour |  Monday-Friday  / 7am-3:30  pm

Job Description

As a Bench Worker you will operate hand tools such as grinders, sanding equipment, drills, and utilize overhead cranes.  Experience with torch cutting in a precision machining environment is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• Experience with sanding equipment, good with hand tools.
• Able to assemble and disassemble bearings (will train)
• Experience with hand drills, die grinders, and various deburr tools
• Able to run an overhead crane.
• We will train a suitable person.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
• Must be mechanically inclined 
• Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers. 
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for 8 hours a day, and bend.
• Good hand eye coordination

The base salary range for this position is $20.00-$23.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
