About the Client We are a full-service marketing agency supporting a wide range of external clients with high-quality video production and digital marketing solutions. Our projects span across branding, social media, ad campaigns, and storytelling content. About the Role We are looking for a skilled Video Editor Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll be working under tight deadlines to support external client projects — editing both short-form and long-form content for delivery across digital platforms. This is a client-facing support role that requires consistency, speed, and a strong grasp of brand-aligned storytelling. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into final versions ready for client delivery. Incorporate transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design. Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to meet client deadlines. Handle revision requests efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Ensure all content is aligned with brand style guides and client expectations. Manage project files, assets, and version tracking in an organized manner. Qualifications At least 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency or client-facing preferred). Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; bonus if familiar with After Effects. High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple edits in parallel. Excellent time management and communication skills. Comfortable working with fixed schedules and strict deadlines. Tools You’ll Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (optional) Google Drive / Dropbox (for file management) Slack and Notion or similar (for team communication & task tracking) Hubstaff Schedule Fixed working hours( 40 hours ) aligned with US time zones.
