Customer Service Representative

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting internal teams and customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)

What's the Job?

• Enter and manage customer orders including stock, extrusion, and replenishment

• Support accounting, quality control, sales, and production teams

• Assist with inventory control and tracking materials and shipments

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and external processors

• Help customers with questions, tracking, pricing, and return procedures

What's Needed?

• Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with Epics, Oracle, Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Reliable work ethic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
