Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales activities. This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced team environment. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and executing promotional events. Help set up event areas, displays, materials, and supplies. Welcome attendees and create a friendly, professional experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present products and services clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Build positive relationships with event attendees and prospective customers. Help maintain an organized and professional event environment. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Support follow‑up activities after promotional events when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Energetic and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self‑motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in active, customer‑facing environments. Previous experience in events, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
