Regional Director of Operations - Healthcare Dietary Services At The Waters of Hobart, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met. As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence.
