Ford or GM Master Automotive TechnicianWolfe Ford of Fort Benton is seeking an experienced Ford or GM Master Automotive Technician with a proven track record of excellence in automotive repair and diagnostics. You will play a crucial role in terms of the customer experience in conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements, provide accurate repair recommendations and complete the repairs to the customers satisfaction.Great Benefits include:Family friendly hours & scheduleSchedule - 4 Days a week - 10 hour daysGreat work environmentTop tier pay plansCompetitive benefits package including Medical (90% of premium paid by Employer), Dental, Vision and American Fidelity Insurance Products.401(K) Match – up to 4% Match15 Days Paid Time Off9 Paid US Federal HolidaysExtensive company paid OEM training and advancement opportunities$200 Boot AllowanceEmployee Growth and development opportunities.Family owned & operatedOpportunities for advancementEmployee Discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, and ServiceAutomotive Service Technician Responsibilities:Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely mannerInspect motor in operation, road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and componentsDiagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devises such as motor analyzers, handheld computers and chassis charts to determine how to address problemsAdjust, repair or replace parts and components of light to medium duty vehiclesTest and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specificationsEstimate parts and labour costsPerform scheduled maintenance serviceTest and adjust units to specificationsAdvise customers on work performed and future repair requirementsDemonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment.Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:Ford and/or GM Dealership Experience RequiredACE Certification PreferredDiesel and transmission repair experience preferredCompletion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses.Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Efficient problem-solving skills.Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.High level of integrity and work ethic.Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and using power and hand-held equipment.Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.The Wolfe Automotive Group is not just another dealer group.
