Routinely sanitize and scrub all washroom facilities to maintain high health standards. Empty wastebaskets and remove trash throughout the building to keep the workspace clutter-free. Vacuum, sweep, and dust all office areas to ensure a professional and clean appearance. Maintain the outside grounds by removing litter and assisting with snow or ice removal when necessary. Assist the team with moving equipment or office furniture and monitor facility pest control devices. Accurately complete all job-related checklists and maintenance forms to track daily activities. Adapt to changes in work assignments, schedules, or reporting relationships based on company needs. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance as it is a vital requirement for this role. The physical ability to perform manual labor, including heavy sweeping, vacuuming, and moving furniture. High precision and attention to detail when following checklists to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards. A dependable track record that demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and attendance. The willingness to work in various conditions, including performing outdoor grounds maintenance in changing weather. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
