Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required within the last 18 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 24 months of current Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. Circulating experience required. Monitoring experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Structural heart experience highly preferred. Interventional Radiology experience preferred. EP experience preferred. Scrubbing experience/proficiency preferred. Peripheral vascular experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Active ARRT or CCI/RCIS required.

Special Requests: Cannot promise blocked scheduling. Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Past UPH FTE or PRN float pool employees cannot work travel in another market if they currently work there or have worked there within the past 12 months; prior UPH travel assignments do not trigger this separation policy.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week. On-call 1 night per week and every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday.

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units; campuses are minutes within one another.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS
