Electrical Estimator

Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $90,000–$110,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to develop accurate and competitive estimates for electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs.
• Develop project estimates, cost breakdowns, and bids.
• Obtain pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and project risks.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate estimating and pricing records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical estimating experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, installation methods, and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.
