As a Full Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Skokie, IL at the Lincolnwood branch. Bilingual Spanish or Polish is preferred. Job Description Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs; educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a customer-focused, risk-aware, and learning-oriented employee who can leverage technology to serve customers effectively. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Key requirements include: Customer Service and Client Loyalty; proactive sales and technology leveraging. Accuracy and Attention to Detail; Effective Communications; Problem Solving. Knowledge of banking products and fraud detection and prevention. Managing multiple priorities and risk management. Banking experience is not required; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is sufficient. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00 (may vary based on location, market data, skills, and experience). This role is incentive eligible based on company performance.
