Status: Full Time Shift: 12 Hour Nights Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Patient Population: Cardiac, Nephrology, Hepatology, Neurology Patient Ratios: RN – 1:3 or 1:4; Clinical Support – 1:14/16 Number of Beds: 32 beds The IMCU is a fast‑paced environment and the largest single unit at All Saints, designated for cardiac and stroke acute care. It offers exposure to a variety of patient populations, disease processes, and IV drips (e.g., heparin, Cardizem, dobutamine). Flexible preferred shift scheduling is available. Responsibilities Provide high‑acuity nursing care in an intermediate care setting, including monitoring patients, administering IV medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
