To support a growing Professional Services sales team, the full-time remote MuleSoft Account Partner will build relationships with customers, drive account planning, and generate significant business value from Salesforce/MuleSoft investments. Key responsibilities Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals Develop and execute account and territory plans, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and timeframes Generate pipeline through collaboration across teams and self-origination, focusing on professional services sales Required qualifications Professional services sales background or experience in consultative sales and project delivery Ability to scope and strategically plan engagements with customers Experience in assessing business value outcomes and developing structured programs to realize that value Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
