What You'll Do
- Lead by example and ensure a positive, team-oriented shift experience
- Support the management team by assigning tasks and coaching crew members throughout the shift
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed
- Monitor shift performance and help meet sales and labor targets
- Open and close the restaurant as needed, following brand standards
- Handle minor customer concerns and escalate as needed
What You Bring
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
