What you’ll do: Clinical assessments, admissions, collaborating with providers for ICPs. Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines. Record time spent performing individual treatments in accordance with ancillary services policy on the medication/treatment record. Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Notify the physician of medication refusals, non‑compliance with a treatment plan, resident response to medication regime, and any adverse reactions. Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat, clean, and medication stored properly / disposing. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing personnel as required. Practice, implement, and supervise infection control, universal precaution, and safety policies and procedures. What we offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience. 401(k) with company match. What we’re looking for: Current active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information in the English language. Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients. Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull 50 lbs. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
