Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Reno, NV Pay: $19.50 per hour Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Start Date: As soon as cleared Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Reno, NV. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading shipments, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and potential long-term growth within a fast-paced warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently Organize, stage, and prepare materials for pickup and distribution Clean and organize trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned Support team operations to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and protocols Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and move throughout the shift Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment Balance Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
