Now Hiring: Estate Administration Paralegal (NJ)

One of New Jersey’s top-ranked law firms is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join their team in Roseland, NJ .

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all aspects of estate administration

• Prepare NJ inheritance tax returns and federal estate & gift tax returns

• Draft trust accountings and support complex estates work

• Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure a smooth administration process

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of estate administration experience

• Strong knowledge of trusts & estates

• Highly organized with excellent communication and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple matters independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80K–$120K (DOE)
