Insurance Sales Representative

What You'll Do Build relationships with prospective clients and help them find insurance and financial solutions that fit their needs Generate new business through outreach, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals Sell auto, home, life, health, and other insurance products Learn financial services products, including retirement and investment-related offerings Work toward individual sales goals and performance targets Complete licensing and professional development programs supported by the agency Collaborate with a team that values accountability, growth, and customer relationships What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals Interest in sales, financial services, insurance, or business development Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (training and support provided) Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and follow a proven sales process Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work onsite in Santa Barbara Compensation Base pay : $40- $50/hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Total earning potential: $200,000+ annually Health insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Group life insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off Licensing and professional development support Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a traditional insurance sales position.
