Building a talent pool for future projects, the full-time Senior 3D Environment Artist will create high-quality game-ready environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support quality control while working remotely from Mexico. Key responsibilities Model, texture, and integrate in-game environments based on concepts and art direction specifications Support quality control through continuous review of technical and artistic work, providing constructive feedback Train and mentor other artists while designing technical documentation and style guides to standardize workflows Required qualifications Strong portfolio showcasing a range of stylistically different pieces in real-time environments 6+ years of experience in AAA video game production with a track record of shipped titles Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling, sculpting, and texturing software Experience shipping environment art in multiple game engines Technical proficiency in game environment art workflows such as topology, UVs, and optimized meshes
