Compensation: $1909 - $2300 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this role as a Registered Nurse, you will leverage your clinical skills to provide exceptional care for patients at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, administering medications and treatments, and creating tailored care plans. Your critical thinking abilities and capacity to address concerns effectively will be essential in promoting patient safety and enhancing their overall experience.

• Implement the nursing process to care for patients in both ICU and Step-Down ICU settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards and state regulations
• Document patient care in accordance with established standards
• Design and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance
• Provide clinical expertise and support to other departments
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting required
• Current Illinois Nursing License, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required
