Bilingual Field Operator: Onboarding & Staffing

Traba, Inc. is seeking a Field Operator in Austin, TX to serve as the in-market operational hands, recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. You’ll interact with multiple customer sites and be the local face of Traba to our workforce. You’ll build community partnerships, run onboarding sessions, vet and prep workers, manage the full funnel from sourcing to placement, coordinate new starts, and provide on-site support and reporting to HQ. #J-18808-Ljbffr Traba, Inc.
