Join Champions as a Site Director and help lead our Before & After School Program in Barneveld, WI! Enjoy a consistent schedule, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to make a lasting impact on children and families.

Position Details

• Location: 505 Swiss Ln, Barneveld, WI 53507
• Pay: $20–$21/hour, based on education and experience
• Hours: 32–35 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Before School: 6:30–8:00 AM
• After School: Wednesdays only, 3:00–6:00 PM
• Pre-K Morning Wrap: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 6:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Work-from-home flexibility for administrative responsibilities between program hours
• No evenings or weekends!
• Preferred: Candidates who live within 20–30 minutes of Barneveld

$3,000 in Bonuses!

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid within 30 days
• $1,000 Retention Bonus – Paid after 100 days

Qualifications

To qualify for the Site Director position, candidates must:

• Be at least 21 years old .
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent as recognized by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
• Have at least 240 hours of experience as a school-age program leader, public or private school teacher, student teacher, coach, camp counselor, mentor in a community-based organization, or equivalent experience in another approved setting.
• Have an Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or CDA credential , or be willing to enroll in qualifying coursework or training. Free training options may be available!

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
• Oversee daily program operations while ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and educational standards.
• Build positive relationships with children and families while providing exceptional care and communication.
• Collaborate with school leaders, community partners, and licensing authorities to support program success.
• Support family recruitment and enrollment efforts to help grow the program.
