Cellphire Therapeutics, Inc. is a Rockville, Maryland-based biotechnology company developing next-generation therapeutics. The company is applying its proprietary cell stabilization technology to all cell types, including platelets, to develop lifesaving products. Its lead product, Thrombosomes®, a freeze-dried hemostatic agent derived from human platelets, is currently in a Phase I clinical trial. Cellphire’s technology has potential applications across a wide range of medical applications from trauma to wound care, imaging, targeted drug delivery, and regenerative medicine. This role performs hands-on processing, equipment operation, and documentation while ensuring strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards. What You Will Do Perform manufacturing processes including cell processing, formulation, filling, and packaging in accordance with SOPs and batch records Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment and cleanroom environments Accurately complete batch records and documentation in real time following GMP standards Support technology transfer, process validation, and scale-up activities Assist with deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls Maintain inventory of materials and ensure proper handling of raw materials and intermediates Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Process Development, and Supply Chain teams Ideally, you’ll have Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field 2–4 years of experience in GMP manufacturing or a regulated environment Experience working in ISO-classified cleanroom environments You’ll excel if you have experience with Aseptic processing techniques Cell therapy, biologics, or blood-based product manufacturing GMP documentation systems and/or electronic batch records Process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives Pay Range USD $55,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
