About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead the development and growth of a customer-centered finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership across financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning, actuarial analysis, rate development, risk revenue, and procurement. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' related experience, with a focus on strategic leadership, financial management, and team building, and at least 5 years in the managed care or healthcare industry. The SVP will be a key liaison for transformation planning, oversee financial investments and costing decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicaid and Medicare plans, with a preference for those with supervisory experience in this area. Essential skills include excellent knowledge of finance functions, expert understanding of financial structures, and strong leadership and relationship management abilities. The role demands a leader who can promote a culture of continuous improvement, service, and accountability, and who is adept at strategic planning, financial resource management, and employee supervision. The SVP will also be expected to have exceptional presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
