Pay: $2,380.80 weekly


Shifts: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, rotating weekends


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Case Management Travel assignment in Kansas City, Missouri. The successful candidate will be working in a hospital environment, utilizing Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky documentation systems. This role requires acute care discharge planning experience.

• Manage patient caseloads and perform acute care discharge planning
• Work collaboratively with team members including RN, SW, and CMA
• Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky systems
• Float to different units as required within the hospital setting

• Current RN license
• Recent Acute Care Discharge planning experience
