Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable Call Center Contact Associate to support a high-volume non-surgical specialty care environment (Dermatology and Urology). This role focuses on high-efficiency call handling, patient scheduling, and referral workflows. Prior Epic software experience is mandatory for this position. Immediate start dates are available following candidate clearance.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle 80 to 100 inbound and outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment

• Manage patient scheduling and referral processing using Epic software

• Work collaboratively with team managers to ensure seamless operational support

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Epic software is required

• Previous experience in a medical call center or healthcare scheduling setting

• Excellent time management skills with a focus on high phone availability

• Ability to start immediately upon background clearance
